Office Express wants you to be happy with your order and will work with you to correct any concerns
you may have with your envelopes. Our website features full color photos and detailed descriptions for all envelopes we sell
and we are happy to send you a envelope sample upon request. If you are not satisfied with your envelope purchase
you may choose to return or exchange your order within 30 days from the order shipment date.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and for orders greater than 500 envelopes we may charge a 25% restocking fee.
We choose to waive the restocking fee if a new order is placed to replace the returned envelopes. We do not accept returns for custom printed or custom
manufactured envelopes. If your envelope was printed incorrectly, we will reprint the envelopes at no charge. We do not offer refunds for expedited shipping charges.
If the envelopes you receive were manufactured incorrectly we will be happy to
replace the item at our cost. Please contact us by email or at the following address for an RMA# and instructions:
We do not accept returns of CLEARANCE items. Please feel free to request a sample of a clearance item prior to placing an order
so that you can be sure the envelope you are ordering will work for your project.
