How do you ship my order?

Shipping Terms:
Our Website prices include FREE shipping to any location in the lower 48 States. In order to keep our prices low and to reduce the amount of trash in the environment your order may be shipped in recycled boxes and cartons. In general, all envelope orders over three (3) pounds (about 500 envelopes) will be shipped via UPS ground. Orders less than three (3) pounds will ship via USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to choose shipping method unless the customer selects a method. We promise to ship all in-stock orders within three (3) business days of order receipt. 98% of all in-stock orders are filled and shipped within twenty-four (24) hours.

Shipping Times:

We are centrally located in Chicago and find that most shipments will arrive with standard shipping in no more than 5 days shipping time. A sample of our experience is below:

First Class mail takes 1 to 4 days.
USPS Priority Mail takes 1 to 4 days. (1 day within Chicago)
UPS Ground Service takes 1 to 4 days (1 day within Chicago and most states that border Illinois, on average (depending on exact location) 3 Days to the East Coast).

Shipping times are an estimate based on the average of all shipments. Depending on your shipping address your shipping time may be much higher. Please contact us at shipping@envelopesexpress.com to discuss actual shipping times to your location.

We can now ship to Canada and Europe but require an additional charge.

We are always happy to help you with shipments to Alaska or Hawaii but the high cost of shipments to these states require an additional shipping charge. Contact us at shipping@envelopesexpress.com for charges to these states.

Orders with Overnight or 2 Day Delivery options must be received by 1pm (Central Standard Time) for us to guarantee that we will meet the carriers Air shipment deadline for that day. If we receive your order after 1pm (CST) we will do our best to get the order out that day. We will contact you via email if we can not meet your requested shipping schedule.

Canadian Orders:
Office Express, Inc. can now ship to Canada. We ship all orders of 40 envelopes or more via UPS Standard Ground. An a dditional shipping charge will be required for shipments to Canada. You may also be liable for GST and Customs Charges. Contact us for shipping charges.
