What happens if I don't like my envelopes?

Return Policy:

Office Express wants you to be happy with your order and will work with you to correct any concerns you may have with your envelopes. Our website features full color photos and detailed descriptions for all envelopes we sell and are happy to send you a envelope sample upon request. If you are not satisfied with your envelope purchase you may choose to return your order, please note that we charge a 25% restocking fee on all returns (unless the envelopes were manufactured incorrectly). If the Envelopes you receive were manufactured incorrectly we will be happy to replace the item at our cost. Please contact us at the following address for an RMA# and instructions:
