Who are we?

We are Office Express and we operate the website www.envelopesexpress.com. We are a family owned business that was started when we grew unhappy working for large impersonal corporations.

We spent too many years working for large companies that had managed to distance themselves from their customers and communities. We wanted to create a company that encouraged its employees to take time for their families and friends. So we created Office Express. As a small (but rapidly growing) family oriented business we hire our family, friends and our neighbors. We expect our team to put their family needs first so we work to be very flexible with our hours.

While we don't offer daycare yet, our offices are designed to let parents bring their kids to work. So don't be surprised if you hear kids voices when you call us!

One of the things that we hated working for big faceless companies was how inflexible big companies can become. So we have worked hard to make sure that when you buy envelopes or cards from us that your experience will be pleasent. We don't have a bunch of badly worded manuals that we have to follow. What we have are people that remember what its like to have a problem and the need to talk to someone to get it fixed. If you contact us via email you don't get an automatic response you get a live response from one of us (usually in 60 mins or less). If you call us we answer the phone and our goal is that whoever answers the phone will be able to help you. We don't want you to have to talk to six people just to change your order.

So, if you have a question, a problem or just need to buy envelopes or greeting cards try us out. We know that buying envelopes and cards is not the most exciting thing you'll do today so we promise to make the process as fast and and painless as possible so that you can cross 'Buy Envelope' off your list and get on to something really important.

While we often close down a little early to go sledding or swimming with our kids rest assured that we ALWAYS get your order out first. Then we go and have a little fun!
